EVO Guru's help....!!
ok well I had a local tuner take a look at my ride. He stuck a voltmeter to my injectors and they read 3.3 ohms. (didnt mean anything to me of course, lol) but he said it was reading too high. Apparently they should be at 2.5 ohms (i think the service manual says min 2 and max 3ohms) so that sounds about right. Anyway it read more resistance than usual. I asked what that meant and he thoroughly explained that the injectors probably went static and is now showing this additional out of range resistance. Kinda makes sense, as when i first got my injectors back from RC (clean/balance) the car ran awesome (thats when i dyno'd) but then the problem came back, so i figured it wasn't my injectors. When in light of this new find... i probably just messed them back up. He said injectors should be kept around 80-85% max duty cycle. I am around 97-99% at peak. In fact when it does the lean spike at 5500rpm, thats when it peaks at 97% then drops to 84% and tries to gain back up after that... Anyways, i have a set of Precision 680cc from a friend that are brand new so im going to try those w/ a re-tune of course... hopefully that solves it. And if so, hope this thread helps anyone else w/ similar issues in the future! laters...

well updated in case anyone ever searches this thread... the problem has been FIXED. turns out it was my injectors. The stock 560cc went static. and resistance was a bit higher than it should be. Duty cycles were in the upper 95-105% range (although many of you think this is "OK") trust me its not... Some may get away w/ it... but apparently i did not. A simple swap to PTE780cc and a re-tune did the trick. Rock solid AFRs now...
