CEL P0141, P0136 replaced rear O2 and cleared. and than...

ok car threw a CEL after replacing the seized turbo. thought it was a boost leak. scanned it and came up with P0141, P0136. after clearing it and trying a few things to see if it would help. nothing still came back with the CEL. so i replaced the O2 and cleared the CEL using my friends scan tool. two cycles of the ignition and it came back. i'm lost as to what i should do next. short of using ecuflash to disable the CEL(yes i've used the search feature). is there anything else i can do. if not looks like i'll be going to pick up a resistor and find someone with ecuflash.
