Anyone care to check out my track run?

I was at the track this past Friday to run my car on Sunoco 93 gas to see what I could do. I ended up being pretty disappointed seeing that my best et was a 13.57, and my best trap was 106.23. I've attached my current fuel/timing maps, a logged run, and my timeslip for that run where I did a 13.706 @ 106.23 with a 1.919 60'.

I was shifting a little low (6500) because my trans syncros are going, and my times seemed consistently better than if I shifted higher since I would just grind gears. I feel like I should be able to run more timing up top, but the car just doesn't like it.

I have also attached a 3rd gear pull, and a graph of it, where I am at 309/281 evo-m-comparator.

My mods:
-Stock VIII turbo @ 23.5 peak, tapering to 19.5-20
-PTE1000s
-Walbro 255
-HKS 272's
-HKS 3" exhaust with high flow cat
-SS O2 housing
-ETS 3.5 FMIC and LICP
-Injen Intake and UICP
-ACT XTSS

On E85 I did a 12.858 @ 112.93 with a 1.870 60', at 27.5psi peak and tapering to 24, but I don't have it available where I am now.

Any comments on the logs? Sorry for all the attachments, but I thought I would try and be thorough.

XTSS holds up with no slippage, cuttin pretty consistent 1.85's.

I was just recently at the track again, and ran a 13.39@107.24 with a little more timing down low. Still a disappointing time to me though.

the logs look good, just some minor knock...the 60' is pretty bad. You should be well into the 12's with that trap...hate to say it, but you need the driver mod

Ya I need to shift faster but my trans just grinds its ***** off if I don't take it easy. My best runs are when I can shift faster than the last. Next time I hit the track I want to see some 1.7 60's and lower. You're right, it's mostly me, but I figured with my setup I should be trapping like 109-112.
