were's the boost gone on my car

Angry were's the boost gone on my car

hello help needed i had a new clutch on my 7 gsr and they had it 3weeks so long that it needed a new battery when i got it back my boost pressure had gone from 1.2 to 0.8 bar i took it back to them and they said nothing was wrong i have had the turbo cheked at another garage and it turns out they ent my actuator preventing my turbo from working so after new actuator put on and after spending well over a thousand pound its still not at its full potental 0.8 ar do you think it could be because the battery ran completly dead and a new one having to be put on its reset my computer and it needs flashing again truth is i really dont no and i dont wanna spend anymore money until i no spending it will bring my boost back my car is mostly standard,apexi oil suspention,apexi induction,toyo racing streight throug de cat and apexi dump valve i hope some one knows because i'm sick of it now

I was born in Hull though live in the USA now

Disconnecting power doesn't erase your computer so you can rule that out.

First thing you should try is the obvious - boost leak test.

apparently the garage that fitted the actuator ran all them tests do you reckon the guy i bought it off had the waste gate dissconected because i only had it a week and the clutch popped because i heard that they come standard with 0.8 bar

According to this, the stock boost pressure is 0.8 bar:

If you had a faulty wastegate then that would give you boost readings that are different from stock. Without a boost controller, you are going to see the same boost as stock.

so i reckon the guy i bought it off dissconnected it to make it seem faster then it was and that why the clutch went

so the guy disconnected it so that it would read more psi than normal?
