PROBLEM with EvoScan logging LC-1 on serial port

A couple of days ago i installed and successfully set up my LC-1 wb sensor.

Everything was working fine in evoscan for a couple of days with correct afr readings between 16 and 10. then one day i started getting a strange lower reading between 5.2 and 3.0... nothing in evoscan had changed from what i remember.

I thought i may need to re-calibrate it but when i open logworks up it reads the correct afr's (between 16-10). its only evoscan that gone nuts. LC-1 is set to comm2.

Anyone encountered this or know what/where the problem may be?

oh, yes you need to run LM1 programmer for sure!, logworks actually, would you believe it,is HARDCODED to 14.7 gasoline (in the background). Yeah just open LM1 programmer and set to 14.7 gasoline. The Lc1 really sucks IMO. it looses its memory occasionally. Sell it, and get a ZT2 or AEM (comes with a pretty gauge), you will be much happier

WOW thanks so much!! you know it never occurred to me that it looses its memory for no reason...i set it up through LM1 Programmer the first time around, so thanks for chiming in and helping me out. now i'll know why its playing up in the future.

I also agree with you, i should have bought a ZT2...it in the too late basket now!!

owe you some 's!!!!!!!!
