all 4 cylinders has low compression
That sounds most likely to be blown rings. Its only supposed to go up a little with oil, not 50 psi. Did you add the right amount of oil, like a cap each cylinder? Too much oil and it could be artificially inflated (doesnt sound like its the case, just letting you know)

it's got to be bad rings when the psi jumps up that much. Maybe it was running around overly rich for a long time or just had bad oil in it. Hard to say but I think it may be time to have the engine freshened up. Might be a good opportunity to put a buschur 2.0 or 2.3 in there

Thats what we figured but wasnt sure. Thanks Chris. About that buschar 2.0 or 2.3 I dont know, maybe only if i had a tree that grew money
lol..
Mivec engines always have low compression numbers due to the cam timing during cranking. The cam profile is not active until the car is running. In addition it needs oil pressure to operate correctly.
Just throwing that out there. You should post your number as stated above.

I was going to say head gasket, but once you posted the diference with the oil I say piston rings. Is your car burnig oil? And check all the sparkplugs for color they always tell the truth.
