IX shuts off when A/C is on???

I've had this issues ever since I got a tune but it seemed to go away. It's been really hot down here in socal and I've been using my AC a lot lately and that issue is back. I have the AC on max and when I come to a stop and a red light or stop sign the RPM's drop to almost zero and it trys to catch it's self but it drops back down and the car just shuts off. Anyone else have this problem? My tuner is far away from me so I can't make it out there especially for something like this, I'm just dealing with the heat and leaving it off now. Other than that my car runs fine and pulls really strong, my tune is solid.

If you don't have Tactrix OpenPort cable, then the only thing you can do is start by adjusting the BISS screw.

Same here. Its so hot sometimes I just have to turn my A/C on. It never stalls or dies on me but any insight as to why it does that and.the low oil light flicks. I have to keep it at 1000 rpm after driving.

Sometimes my car does that too, but for me it doesn't have anything to do with my A/C being on or off. Wish I knew more so I could help.

Adjusting the BISS will work, but is not the correct way to fix the problem.

Your tuner should have adjusted your idle & other settings to make the car not stall with the AC on.

Some cars even the proper ECU and BISS adjustments wont fix it. We have one that we think has developed some hardware issues (i.e. not enough refrigerant pressure) and its confusing the ECU. It also noticeably looses power when the AC is turned on vs most cars you cant feel anything.

This is a huge issue for those of us in hot humid climates. Id like.to hear more from the community on this issue. I hardly ever run AC. Sometimes I have to or ill die, if anyone else has any more info post up.

I only have a good month or so until the weather goes back to normal again so I'm just going to rough it out for a little bit longer. I was already planning on getting a winter retune in october so I'll have it looked at when I go in. If it helps my mods are 3.5'' FMIC, licp, uicp, intake, mbc ~ 22psi on pump 91, walbro, catless tbe on a 100% bone stock IX motor with 80k on the clock.
