Common reasons for "Very small evaporative emissions leak"

What are the most common reasons for the "very small Evaporative Emission Leak" check engine code?

Its coming on in an 04 Evo Viii.

the ecu is trying to tell you theres a fuel leak somewhere.

I understand that, I was wondering if there is a "known common problem" with the EVO Viiis that causes this leak. I cannot find it anywhere. Everything seems fine, no cracked hoses, cracked plastic etc.
