First thing you need to do is determine what your goals are. 10 Sec drag car, 600+ WHP, Cheap Basic bolt ons daily driver etc. Once you know where you are heading, search the forums to find a couple of respectable shops then talk with them about your needs.

etc etc. Im pumped for you to be getting an evo, you will love it. even better that your starting to think about modding it a full year in advance.

as you will quickly learn, there is a ton of good info on this site if you wade through the BS and ignore the haters. but the people who do have the info, can be brutal. you need to SEARCH first, narrow down a specific question, then ask.

most people will want to know what kind of evo, your plans for the car (DD, track, autoX, show etc), budget, shop your going to go to, diy etc.

Try reading the threads above. those are just the ones off the top of my head. regardless, congrats on the future plans and gl with your new addiction. boost is on helluva drug

i want it to be a high 10, low 11 second car. im wanting it to be a car that will get respect at meets, and can play with some nice cars. it will be a daily driver though.

Above all to each his own. If you like it, get it. Theres a lotta hate out there but stand up for yourself and let the haters hate cause that's what they do. But don't be an immature ***** that just keep the racin on the track and let the Hondas get the tickets. Evos are sick track cars. I just raced today and beat a gtr with my buddy's 410 hp evo. gtr had the ***** to call me a ricer and called me out so I backed my **** up. Good luck with the evo!! Sorry for the rant :/
