Try manipulating (bending and holding various positions) near the USB header (the plug-in part). Works for me and it sucks. I kinda want a new one for this mess.

that sounds bad for reprogramming, chop it off and resolder a new 4-wire usb cable one on. You can send it to me, and I'll do it for ya.

Hey Hamish, i have opened a new ticket on your website in regards to my problem, my cable purchased approx 1 - 1.5 years back and never used it before was still in its bubble wrap, never had the time to try the cable out due to work commitments and finally having time to do so. And guess what??? doesn't work mate ... are you able to provide a replacement mate? need this to do the AYC ACD bleeding.

Your response at the earliest would be appreciated. Afterall if you're selling a product that not exactly cheap, support should be provided.

Let me know mate,
Cheers

ignore my request Hamish, you have already responded. Your reply was directed to the Junk Mail, i dug it up and all good. Thanks for responding quickly. Cheers bud.

Officially burying this tread and robbyredneck. The end!! Thats all folks.

All having problems with cables purchased from evoscan should undergo a ticket request and check your Junk mail for a reply and then mark all future emails as safe.
