Need Help

Finally solved the timing issue on my car or I think I sovled it not 100% sure.
All my cylinder are hitting 175 to me that sounds like timing is on, but my question is can all the cylinder compression be the same and the timing not be right? One of my DCT is Ecu not able to read Crank Angle Sensor, but the car will start run like crap and die. I just replaced the CAS and there is spark and igntion so the sensor has to be good. I keep going back to timing not beeing 100%. I set the dowes on the cam shaft right in between the two bolts on the first cap on both the cam shafts. Any input would be helpful

A bad CAS wouldn't let the car crank at all, If i remember right it wouldn't even turn over. On the other had it would crank even if the cam's are off, but it would sound like clattering shizzit and probably end up doing damage. Don't know if that helps any but maybe it would help somewhat. to eliminate something.
