How do you get that sort of power from the seemingly minor mods you've listed??? Do they have "fuel steroids" in the states that we don't have down under lol. I have a 3" TBE, 272 BC cams, stock ecu reflashed, producing 285 bhp! I'm getting 1000cc injectors, walbro 400lh e85 fuel pump and another reflash done very soon and looking to get max 330 bhp, if I want to push it any higher I need to upgrade the turbo as per workshop's advice...so just a bit confused how you boys up in the states and all around the world seem to get such high numbers based on minor mods...unless the UDM IX models are capable of lot more and also you guys have dynos which are extremely happy

here in greece evo 9 with basic mods (TBE , intake , fuel pump, ebc, reflash)
easily get 370hp (320whp) using 98ron gas without aggresive tuning...

280 only?? what type of fuel are you using?

Michael.

You only mentioned exhaust and cams, your missing some support. The intake and lower ic pipe are needed to get you another 15hp and he has the o2 housing and fmic also. All the little things add up. What boost r u running. 2 more psi could get u another 10-12hp also

We do not use BHP here in the US.

OP, be careful letting Motion Lab tune the car, most Evo guys avoid them because of their lack of knowledge.

I came from the Subie crowd and they felt they same. I was looking into HIS motorsports, Spec ops, and Force fed performance and was just interested in where the OP got tuned. He seems happy with his results.
