Tom and I are working on tuning my evo viii remotely. The car is primarily a bolt on car. Current list of mods are

*20g turbo ported
*FP 17psi actuator
*HKS 272 cams
*injen UICP
*injen LICP
*injen intake
*mishimoto intercooler
*Grimmspeed EBCS
*wahlbro 255
*PTE 880's
*ARP head studs
*3"TBE with test pipe
*Megan 02 housing
*exhaust manifold
*crushed 1g bov

I am hoping to hit between 380-400 on the virtual dyno (I know I should have upgraded to some s2, and a better turbo)

Only one thing I can see in this list besides the cams is the Crushed BOV as they are not very good. Once toms starts getting that turbo to scream you will most likely need to replace it, I personaly would do it before he tunes it so you dont have a issue that causes him to stop in the middle. I personaly saw a tune that came into our shop that was leaking from the BOV and it was being overcompensated for a boost leak and the A/F was all out of wack. I am also tuning with tom and he has assisted in me fixing allot of bottlenecks in the car.

I think the crushed bov will work for me, I was running 25psi on a street tune and it was holding. But I do appreciate the recommendation. It may be something I upgrade here soon though.

the synapse will hold anything you can throw at it and drives like stock. Atleast mine did even when I switched to the tial and speed density the synapse responded quicker(I should have kept the synapse on)
