Thoughts on future car modifications?

Hi, So im planning on performing a major modification upgrade to my car this summer and wanted to know what you all though or if you had any tips before I do this.
The planned modifications I am considering are-
-Buschur Racing Evolution Mass Air Pipe & Filter Kit
-k&n breather filter
-INVIDIA N1 CAT BACK EXHAUST
-Walbro 255 fuel pump(isnt this a given?)
-Hallman Evolution Boost Controller
-ETS Mitsubishi Evolution 8 and 9 Intercooler Upgrade Kit
-Forge Waste gate actuator
-Kelford 272 cams
-Deatschwerks 1000cc injectors(is 1000cc too much? or can I go lower)
-Megan street series coilover damper kit
-NGK iridium 1 step colder spark plugs
-Forge RS BOV
-Invidia Downpipe Mitsubishi EVO 8
-Tomioka Racing TD06-20G Turbo

My questions are:
-Should I get an 02 housing?
-Should I get a new dump pipe?

Don't really need a wastegate actuator on the stock turbo. Delete that, get an electronic boost control solenoid from RRE, and find a tuner that knows how to tune ECU boost.

What are your power goals and what fuel do you plan running?

Here is what I would do:

STM SD Intake pipe w/ vibrant filter or MAF pipe
ETS LICP
AMS/Buschur/STM Turboback exhaust
Megan o2 housing
PTE 1200cc injectors
Walbro 255 fuel pump
GM 3 port boost controller
AEM UEGO wideband
AEM 50psi boost gauge
GSC S3 cams
MAP Beehive springs and retainers for 12.0mm lift
MAP Headstuds
OEM Headgasket
TiAL Q BOV or TiAL QR BOV depending on speed density or MAF
Buschur underhood shifter bushings
Buschur FMIC

Why would you suggest S3's?! He would need a ported head to benefit from the added lift that those cams provide. S2's would seem more appropriate

They still out perform a Kelford 272 or S2. A ported head will only make the difference even better.
