Putting in CAT for inspection?
Figured this would be the best place to post this; correct me if I'm wrong.
I have a 2005 EVO 8 that has a gutted cat and straight thru exhaust and is built to 450 AWHP. I need to get an inspection to renew its plates in Missouri. I put the catalytic converter back on and it shot numerous codes out apparently. (didn't ask which codes). But obviously it didn't pass the inspection. What can I do? Thanks!

They do the sniffer test and plug in to scan. I tried to wing it to pass catless, but obviously didn't. So I bought a oem Mitsubishi converter, put her in, and she thru numerous codes out from it.

Need to pull the codes to find out. But installing a cat on a car tuned to not have one shouldn't throw codes..
