Hi All,

Before I start I am based in Scotland.

I'm looking for a reflash cable to add pops and bangs to my Evo 8.

Its already been mapped by the previous owner.

It has NO cats on it and is straight through.

I can get a Tactrix cable no problem but none of them come with the reflash.

Any info would be great

PS How come your lads Evo's look so much better than the UK ones.

You'll need a 1.3U tactrix cable, ecuflash, and evoscan. First you need to learn how to log what your engine is doing and understand why it's doing it by reading the logs in evoscan. Next you'll need to learn how to download your ROM to your laptop so you can change it using ecuflash. Then search for threads that explain how to reduce ignition timing and increase fuel, to give you the pops and bangs you need. Make the changes to your ROM and upload it to your ECU. Go drive and grin when it backfires and scares the grannies.
