I can't log with an eee pc running XP using Evoscan
I have an 09 Ralliart and had been able to log with it before but now I'm having a problem. I remember 2.7 working for me but the newer versions never working. Now I can't log with any version. Ecuflash works fine so I don't think it's the cable. Any help would be appreciated.
Can you just go back to the older version? Or re-install the software, I found this reinstalls the drivers for the cable (provided the cable is plugged in at the time of installation).
You can always contact Evoscan directly too, Hamish (the guy who owns the business) has always been super helpful to me in the past.

I could try reinstalling all three. 2.7 2.8 and 2.9. Hopefully one of them will work. Are drivers deleted when programs are deleted? Either way I will give it a shot and post back thanks.
did you go in and re-select the COM port? i had to do that each time i upgraded. other than that, be sure you have the right box checked for your cable (1.3 or 2.0) and that the other settings are correct (CAN BUS blah blah up in the top, right hand corner).
worse comes to worse, you can go to BoostedTuning.com. i think he has the older version listed on his site. if not, PM him here and i'm sure he can help.
good luck!

I reinstalled the drivers for Evoscan and now can read parameters which I couldn't before but only selecting ECU: EVOX CAN MUTIII. Not sure what I need to do to fix this. I'm using an eeepc running Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
