AFR's randomly running pig rich under wot (log included)
Could someone look at this log and help me make sense of what is going on?
The first pull it hits target AFRs (running a little rich, I have leaned it out since) but the next two pulls it is pinning 10.0. It is random and I feel like it is a mechanical issue. I have replaced a ton of components as I have failed to diagnose this issue for a year. The only code my car has is the Vehicle Speed Sensor code.

I'm new to this, but here are my 2 cents:
Check your timing at low load and reduce to get rid of your knock.
Check your couplers, throttle body seals, and vacuum hoses for boost leaks. You're washing down your cylinder walls.
Remember, your UEGO can't read less than 10.0, so you're likely running richer than 10.0 when readings stay there continuously.

An external wastegate will allow much better control of boost than internal WG. There isn't an arm to bleed off the exhaust energy with the external WG. The fluttering sound could be your stock DV if you still have it. It can flutter at partial throttle and can start bleeding off boost around 26 psi if uncrushed (up to 30 psi if fully crushed).
