Not sure if this is the right forum too ask this. How ever I have a fully built evo 3 with a forged eninge and a t70 turbo. I currently load 1.8 bar with the HKS EVC.
How ever it's time for a tune, and it's hard too find a good tuner that tunes the stock EVO ecu in stockholm.

I can get my hands on a secound hand GEMs ECU for my evo.


How ever, my question is. How do I acually hook it up too my laptop so I Can get a bse tune on it before I hand it over to a proffesional?

 

Does that even have EEPROM? You should probably hit up the guys at dsmlink http://www.ecmtuning.com/ to see what it is your dealing with.

 

I was going too get a ECM tuning chip first, how ever. I do have a Blitz ACess ECU in my car atm. I did open it up, and the e prom chip is glued too the board. So i'd assume I have issues fitting a ECM link.
