UTEC Owner Survey

Ok.. curiosity has gotten the best of me.. I was curious how many of you owners, or future owners had made your decision to buy a UTEC based on my enthusiasm for the device?

For a long time I was condsidering the Aem, but after more research and a push from a friend, I realized the Utec could do just about anything the Aem could. (not knocking the Aem) For the price, it can't be beat! Also, Turboxs customer service rocks! Always there to help. Can't say enough good stuff about them.

For the price, it can be beat, by an AEM. The price for the Utec + tuner pro = aem + uego. Of course this is not taking into account tuning, which is the great thing about the utec, you can do it yourself without having an engineering degree from AEM. heh.

Cool, I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier, the best way to get thoughts on a product is to ask about it..

i knew about it in a very general perspective. However your insight is extremely helpful. Half the time i dont know what ur talking about so I know you know alot about the UTEC
Its funny, if I had a problem with the UTEC you would be the first person i would try to get in touch with and i am sure other guys feel the sameway. I can say this, me keeping the UTEC would be because of your constant pursuit of improving this prodcut . So in conclusion i would say i bought on my own but kept it because of Malibu

After doing quite a bit of research, you came down to being one of the factors why I bought the UTEC.

TurboXS owes you a lot Jack. You are like 24 hour tech support for all of us.

I was thinking about a UTEC (only because of your enthusiasm) but it's more the lack of TurboXS "on the forum" supports that has me really worried. I don't see them answering any of the major questions or concerns by users on here. You are the only one that "steps up to the plate."

I actually think its because of my enthusiasm and comfort with the UTEC that you don't see them always posting..

It does say alot for TurboXS's product though, that a customer of their product has a grasp of it well enough that they don't frequently need to answer questions.

Rest assured that if a technical question, or a problem ever were to arise, they very quickly post on here.

Of course, you can always call them with your questions or concerns if you need anything answered quickly. Phone support is always much more prompt.

I know what its like to have a popular line of products and how busy it can keep a small business (their actually not so small) If you think about it, the Evo UTEC is just one of their products their continuously refining and working on.

I also think this forum is unique, I do see Jermaine and the other guys frequently contributing on nasoic.

i had just about the first one that came out, i knew it was the first one that nino sold. I bought it because i was friends with jermaine, and had the utec on my wrx with great results. I could only imagine what you could do if you got...OFF this computer haha. If you have a wife, I bet she would feel like throwing it out the window because of your dedication to the evo and not her.

I've wanted to get the UTEC before it even came out, but Malibu with his extensive knowledge and those digital gauges you guys are programming sealed the deal.

I don't know where UTEC owners would be without you, Malibu.
