This sucks!
Here is my problem;
I bought Tein's coilovers with edfc from GrouppeS.
They promptly shipped them and provide me with 1 tracking number.
After a week, as soon when i receive my coilovers i notice that the EDFC was missing.
So I call up GrouppeS and i talked to someone that told me that the EDFC was coming in a second package.
The shipping company said that the two packages were shipped at the exact same time.
To make a long story short:
I NEVER GOT MY EDFC !!!!

Call Max he is a good guy and a great vendor! Work with them first to resolve then get back with us I bet its a simple mistake

call someone about that, they cannot ship 2 packages and give you one tracking #, especially if they say they are sent at the same time.. someone on the vendors end isn't doing their job...
I laready called them but they always told me to talk to Fedex, which in turn says that the pakage was delivered at the same time.
I know it's not GrouppeS' fault, but if at least they had required a signature proof (due to the high value), now i would have what i paid for.

let me get this straight, they shipped the coilovers and the control unit at the same time, but in seperate boxes? If this is the case then there should be TWO tracking numbers. Two boxes require two labels which means there are two DIFFERENT tracking numbers.
I ship FedEx everyday and even if you have multiple packages going to the same address, they always make a label for each package. Tell the guys at the shop to give you your control unit. If they can't come up with a tracking number, then they didn't ship it which means they should ship you what you paid for.
This is simple. FedEx can't track what doesn't exist.

They wouldn't deliver those without a signature either I don't think, so you would have had to sign for two packages. Definitely talk to Gary or Max. Both very nice guys.
My Defi-Link system and gauges took 6 business days with fedex when Gruppe-S sent them to me around Thanksgiving, but I think in both of our cases (certainly mine, probably yours) it's Fedex's fault and not Gruppe-S's.
EDIT: Forgot to mention the package was sent 2-day.

Sickdriver - I really apologize for all the trouble regarding the EDFC. As we've discussed over the phone a few times already, both the coilovers and EDFC were shipped and delivered together. Our invoices only show one tracking number per order but in cases where mutiple packages are shipped there are mutiple numbers. I know we've both looked at both numbers and both show them having been delivered at the same time on the same day. Obviously this isn't accurate if you don't have the EDFC in hand. We can ship packages with signature required if it's requested, but I don't believe this was the case with your order (maybe we should be more pro-active about offering it).
In any event, I hope you have spoken with FEDEX and filed a lost package claim with them as we have done on your behalf as well. This way they will have the delivery driver some by and hoepfully figure out exactly what happened to the package. We very much want you to be satisfied and get what you've paid for. I also hope that you can understand that we cannot just re-ship something to a customer when the package was supposedly "delivered" already. If there is anything we can do to help get this resolved ASAP please let us know!
In case FEDEX doesn't step up, I have no problem offering you a new EDFC for below cost. Please give us a call if you're interested!

FEDEX suck. they always lose my stuff (a radar detector this time). I asked the company to send me a refund and they did. They had no signature proof whatsoever. Then comes a driver telling me to sign something or else he will have to pay. So I asked him all I have to do was sign it and you'll be fine right? He said yes. Well, he didnt tell me that this means that I WILL be responsible for it which I didnt know about until 4 months later. About 4 months later, the company calls me and requests me for money back. I told them wtf? I'm not giving u money when I have no product. It doesnt make sense. They said they'll seek legal services. I'm like, you can search my house, my car, anywhere and you wont find it. They said they'll get their money no matter what. I move at least one time a year so it doesnt even matter. They can't find me. My cell phone is already cancelled. My Credit Card is already cancelled. ***** THEM. I did call them the next day telling them I'll pay for it since it wasnt that much anyway but no one picked up the phone. Left them a msg. Nothing. No reply. I left them my #, no reply so it's not my fault.
