CEL came on- not from O2 sensor??

I just installed the RRM kit and their header, I put a MIL eliminator on their so the engine light wouldnt come on. It came on anyway after a day of driving, I had it tested and the computer read "Too much imput" I called RRM and they said they had never heard of that problem before. Car runs good yet, but I want to keep the CEL working properly. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

its probably the mil eliminator. i never even bothered to install mine because several people on here have said that it dosent work. a lot have tried, but still got the cel light. wait.... actually come to think of it wouldnt the additional electronics from the rrm kit cause the light to come on? i dont know to much about the rrm kit.... maybe try pm'ing boe.

No, its not the MIL b/c then the scanner would had read a code for the O2 sensor, not the MAS. I found a leak in my intake boot into the throttle body and fixed that and had the computer reset and it hasnt come on yet, so I think I fixed it. I should let RRM know so they can add it to the troubleshooting list.

Also let them know the exact code including number if you could. I've never seen that code either and would like to trace its origins just to be safe. Thanks.

Its a stage 1 non-ic dookie, boosting at about 7 lbs.

I cant really get the code anymore since I didnt write it down Boe. But if it comes on again I will be sure to grab that information as well. I could take it off again to create the problem, but it is not worth it, caused all kind of idle problems and such.

Oh no, I forgot to follow up on that post. The shop told us to look over it one more time before sending it in. And we found out that the ungodly noise and knocking was coming from the internal wastegate, the weld had snapped and it was flapping all around. We just fastened it close again and the turbo sounded great, also checked for shaft play and it was just fine. Thanks for asking!!

I still think the a$$ that sold it to me got rid of it b/c he thought it was dead.
