Talking 04 custom SuperCharger

Ok everyone i'm peicing together a custom supercharger setup for my 04 o-z rally. I already have the SC its an eaton (roots type) from a Mercedes c230 and has a clutch to disengage the SC when I don't want to be under boost. I also have attained an Aeromotive DFMU. I am going to fabricate a manifold for the in and out sides of the SC and am planning on making a mounting braket for both the altenator and the SC to sit on to get the pully in line with the belts. Things that I already know i need are 1. inline fuel pump 2. boost, air temp, air fuel gauges. 3. blow off or bypass valve (not shure which yet). If i'm missing anything please let me know. Oh and I'm only planning on 4-6 psi so I don't think i'll need an intercooler but if I do run too hot and get knock i was thinking of running a water/methanol inject system. Any thoughts on what i'm peicing together would be greatly appreciated because all i'm going off is what i've read in other threads to build this system. I would really hate to gernade and be broke and carless.

Thanks guys but I need some more info on BOV vs. Bypass valve. Advantages and disadvantages of each. I also was wondering if anyone has had RRM change their piggyback from N/A to FI and what the cost of this is?

Alright a few things have changed I have decided to mount the Supercharger over my headers and use the existing header studs to mount to. I am going to have to cut a hole in my hood though for clearance and fab out a hood scoop to hide to hole. Its ok though because I already have bartered with a friend to do the hood work and painting so it won't cost me anything extra. I also am going to put a 2" bypass valve with a crack pressure of 0.2 lbs so that the engine can still get air when the supercharger is turned off. So far though this seems to be going along fairly well and I am still well under 1000.00 dollars for the entire setup.
Supercharger...190.00
Aeromotive DFMU...184.25
2" check valve...75.00
I still need...
Inline fuel pump
Blow off valve
boost gauge
intake temp gauge
air fuel gauge
Plate aluminum (mounting bracket)
fiberglass plate (heat shield)
Misc. wire and pipe

i don't c how the supercharger above the header will work. how are you going to run the supercharger from the belts when its above the header? it will be more reasonable to put it on the side of the black (driver side) less bending in tubes from the sc to the throttle body

nextgenerationx: I can't get a roots type supercharger (its a Eaton m45) into spaces as tight as where your talking about. (Hence cutting the hood for more clearance) As for getting the belts to line up I am making a shaft attached to the mounting bracket with pullys at both ends one in line with the motor pullys and another in line with the supercharger pully.
Also there will be about the same number of bends in the pipe as with a cold air intake so I don't see any problem with this.
