Need help with TSI kit

I recently bought a 03 OZ with the TSI kit and i have no clue how to use the injection control unit and i think its F**ked up so can anyone pleeeeaaassseee help me out if you know what the settings should be or know how i could get ahold of them and dont respond telling me to ask the buyer or whatever cause ive done just about everything and this is my last resort. I research befor i ask. It says its only running at 3 psi and none of the settings seem to be reading right or set up right the cars A/F ratio is effed up and i know its all cause of the ICU so i would worship you if you could help me out.

I wish you weren't out in AZ. This seller needs a beat down but post some closeups and pics of everything and we'll help you out.

There's a couple other posts about people's experiences with teh TSI kit. Search through the forced induction threads and try and find it. Also, go through the registry and see who else has it.

1. The 3psi thing makes me thing vacuum leak right away.
2. Take pictures of the turbo kit and post them
3. How do you know the A/Fs are messed up? If there is a wideband installed (which I doubt) tell us what the A/Fs are at wide open throttle, half throttle, idle, etc. I'm guessing the car only has a narrowband A/F gauge like an Autometer, which isn't a reliable reading at all.
4. Take off the front bumper and burn it (just kidding, I don't like it, but hey, it's not my car)

Well my vac is reading 18-20 so i know i dont have a vac leak boost leak maybe but i have no clue how i would find that out. There is no A/F guage i need to get one but when you get on it at WOT it will chug alot at high RPMs. It seems like if i keep it at half throttle right when i can hear the turbo spooling loud and keep it there it goes faster/smoother than punching it. The front bumper isnt that bad but ide rather have a evo 7 conversion
