you can weld the flapper shut and go for an external. Just have to put the wastegate on before the turbo and have an extrernal dump or recirc into the after turbo exhaust.

A T25 is good enough for small boost levels, low rpm powerband, and nothing really above 250 crank HP. A 14b is slightly better than a T25 since it has about the same spool point but has a higher rpm powerband. A T28 should be good enough, look at the S15 Silvia with crank HP near 250 HP (ceramic turbo for a bit lower spool point).

T3/4 hybrid, Evo 3, big 16G, Big T28 = that's a bit of overkill. The G94 doesn't have the rpm to stretch out its potential powerband w/o plunking down mucho money.

As for the GT series ball-bearing turbo, you better be serious about HP and spending money.

External WG, why? If you're not going to aim for daily 13-16 psi level any time soon, an internal WG is good enough.

T3 super 60 = When I was younger, I know a guy. I sat in his TC'ed G93, and the motor was overworking the turbo's potential from the guy's POV.

16G = are you ready to go against moderately powered, 1g AWD DSM?
20G = are you ready to go against big boys with 1g AWD DSM?

It's almost as bad as wanting a T6 Supra turbo.
