VTA and piggy back questions

Just wondering how you can VTA? What are the different ways that you can do it. I know technically you can't or it will stall and run rich but you can do it with a piggy back. I do not want to run stand alone system because they are too damn complicated, so also what do you all think would be best for a fully rebuilt engine ported polished, cams, pistons, rods, turbo and able to VTA.

For what kind of car? I would stay away from the VTA stuff. I had the turboXS RFL BOV, what a mistake! Drivability issues, the sound got annoying etc...

lancer oz 2002, i like the sound and i think it is pointless just to vent it all back to the intake because it takes away the joy of the sound.

But the drivability will blow. No pun intended. get one of those HSK ones, cant recall the name now, but it sounds better, with quicker "chirps", then the horn style bov's. good luck.

Trust me, the sound should be the least of your concerns. As long as your car runs off the MAF, I don't think you'll ever be able to VTA without drivability issues.

I got a new Apexi dual chamber BOV for my Civic HB project. Told that the dual chaber design will help in that area...

I have the same BoV. I don't know whether or not it helps though because I haven't run a MAF since I've gone turbo.

well i know sound is least of my concern and yes i would rather it run better than sound better. But there has got to be a way. Now i saw that spydervenm did it by going tb -- MAF-- BOV -- Turbo so i think that might be the awnser to our problem right there so i am going to have to try it when i get everything put together.
