Quick dumb Spark plug question

BKR7E------BKR7ES......Whats the difference or are they the exact same thing? Some people on the board write just 7E, others write 7ES and i cannot find 7ES for anything online, but i find a ton of 7E. I just turbo'ed my car and i need to swap the plugs out before i boost it up

BKR7E is the plug. I think they were saying it in plural form (you know, 1 BKR7E, 5 BKR7Es) ....

Just make sure they're at least 1 step colder than stock...

Yup got it guys, BKR7E was what i got.

Now i'm onto bigger and better problems haha. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that this twisted oil return fitting is causing my oil blowby problems (or at least causing 75 percent of the problems and the remaining 25 percent is just bad seals). That way i wont have to rebuild the turbo immediately to get it to a driveable reliable condition draining the stuff tonight and refitting the drain either tonight or tomorrow. Keeping fingers crossed
