True. You do reach max boost faster, but do you have problems reaching it now? I dunno about you but once I hit positive pressure I spool FAST. Unless you decompress and actually run high compression levels it seems pretty unecessary to me.

yea same for me man as soon as i hit 0 man that needle shoots up
hobie your right to an exstent about the boost line
if you control the break in it
small cut pin holes whatever it is fish pump check valve!
you still boost spike that why its good to get a manual control,er even so it gets rid of boost spike plus it eliminated wastegate creep

I'm not sure what you were trying to say, Joe.

I'm not saying boost controllers are useless by any means. What I was trying to say is that they're absolutely not necessary, not that they're not beneficial. Anyway, I suppose this would be more of an issue for me if my freakin' EMS would actually let me reach the set wastegate pressure. Hopefully I'll have it ironed out by the end of the month though (when I actually have time to drop off my car for the clutch install and some testing/tuning).

its awsome it power never deamed possible for this slow econo mobile if you want a little gas pedle for your rid this is the way to go and its not that hard to install if you have some noladge and common sence.
