AAAAMEN. I have made several trips to home depot You have no idea how true that is lol. Thats especially funny because i am heading out the door to home depot in about 10 mins, but when im done making all of these trips i am going to post all of the plumbing that you will need for this project, as well as the hoses. I would like to say also that it would be a good thing to not set too soon of a completion date..for two reasons 1. Take your time and do it right especially with something so big. 2. It sucks really bad to not meet your deadline. Oh, and one other peice of advice is to not get too down when doing this cause you will run into all sorts of issues.

Ok, i just tapped the coolant so now all i have to do is port the exhaust manifold, and i have two questions for anyone who truly knows.

1. If you are facing the impeller of the turbo (Looking at the intake side) and the oil Supply is on the top, and the oil return is on the bottom, the left and right are the coolant lines. Which of the left and right is the supply, and which is the return.

2. This is a dumb question, but the bottom hose on the radiator is the supply right?

if your talking about the coolant lines, It doesnt matter which one is in and which one is out.

here you can see the line running from the turbo to the throttle body

awesome thanks... i already tapped the return and supply both under the throttle body, i was just not sure which coolant line was supply and which was return on the turbo. You answered my question though, and evidently it doesnt matter which is kinda what i thought. Thanks.

Update, i just got done with porting the manifold (woo workin into the night), i still need to go pick up some odds and ends from the store such as coolant, oil, and a couple of hose clams, and i need to wire my gauges..then im just waiting for the dang mailman. When i get the FMU and MBC from Mr. Mailman, and after i get it running Im taking my car with just the header down the street to a little muffler shop for them to weld the 1' section in and a o2 bung...so i dont have much left to do .

Back on subject, Can anyone explain the Blox 12:1 FMU installation to me clearly. And as for the Blow off valve, where does the line off the top go. And the MBC installation, one side goes to the Adjustable wastegate actuator, and the other one goes where?

Just cause your p/s still works fine doesn't change the fact that that fluid is dirty as hell! Anyhoo, this might help:

I fully understand. The point I'm trying to make is that if, say, your oil looked that dirty or your trans fluid, you would change it. Same goes for brake fluid. All fluids break down at certain higher temperatures and after long periods of use. Take care of your car and it will take care of you.
