ok i have finally got the d/p on. i took it to a performance shop and i had them fit a new peice in there. i cut the flang off of the evo d/p that connected to the turbo and they ran 3'' tube back to the next fitting. cost was 106.50. and they welded in a o2 sensor bung as well so i can finally see what kind of afr's im running.

Our engines have 2 fans, a radiator fan and a condenser fan. If you wired up your slim fan to the wrong connector it will only come on when you turn your A/C on. Check your wiring and make sure you used the correct plug on the fan controller.

ahhhh, that makes sence on the fan. thanks for the help. i plan on running two slim fans. right now it must be hooked up to my a/c

speed corps ill take pics sumtime and ill let yah know. ill measure it in a pic or something like that so you can see.

also i think that my gravity feed may be messed up. i put a 90 deg. turn in it so it kindda kinks it off a bit. and then it runs uphill less then an inch. would this matter because the return is high an say if the oil is coming out it shouldnt have a problem gettin to the pan because the feed line is about 7 inches above all of this. if that happens to fill and there is more up top. it would push it out without a problem. sorta like a funnel filled with pop and a hose titled upward at the bottom. am i right?

waitwait. i see what your sayen. when i bolted that one up it ran off the the passenger side of the vehicle and hit that member going across the center of the vehicle and plus it made the exhasut sit really low. im sure if you had time you could cut it and turn it. that is a possiblity but i kindda ran outa time so i just had the shop do it.
let me know if that is what you ment. sry for the confusion

Well, when I fab the exhaust manifold, I want to make the stock evo down pipe work without having to modify it by the flange. We'll see what happens.

All that matters is that the fitting is tapped in the oil pan at a point higher than the oil level in the pan so it does not get backed up. If you could take better pictures of how and where the fitting on the pan is it would help greatly. I was only able to see a small part of the fitting in one of your install pics.

Nice setup man.

Great job, even though goodbye a/c ..... Watch your overheating though. Double check to make sure it is the fan not on versus something more serious.
