do you see that knock on your turbo car every now and then? or how do you get rid of it?

Knock is premature detonation caused by the reaction mixture igniting too quickly. There are two general ways to prevent this, cool the mixture by running richer (which you're already doing) or retard the timing.

I do and I'm not sure if you can or not. I'm working on changing the settings for the ECU to changeover from closed loop to open loop sooner since the load comes on sooner than WOT now with boost. Our ECUs were not meant to see loads they are now at lower RPMs and less throttle.

Yes. But don't increase your boost yet. Keep it at 6psi and get a base tune established before you begin upping the boost. Get your AFRs right, your timing right and your knock at 0 from 3500 - 6000. And then tune in 1 psi increments. You will learn how your car reacts to boost increase as well as keep it running properly.

Well, your not getting any knock which is great. The high temps are at wot? at what RPM are you starting to see 1600? I would try and add some more fuel at this point.

Well that's not too bad then. Obviously you want to try and drop the temps as much as possible without losing power. Try adding a bit more fuel and see what that does for you. If it stays the same or worsens, then your gonna have to fudge with the timing a bit. Let me know how it goes.

update

i just got my car back from the shop. it only took them 10-11 hrs to put in the clutch and motormounts. haha but the good news was that they quoted me 4-6 hrs for the clutch install so they highest they could charge me was 6 hrs. not to bad if i have to say myself. you can def. tell theres a performance clutch in as well as the motor mounts cuz everything shakes. haha im still getting the "chatter" from my clutch. when i had the stock one in i could kindda hear it when i was at idel and not moving. now its a little louder, but i think i have to just give it some time, as well as break it in

Once it's broken in, most of the chatter will go away.

I had a clutch installed on my car and the chatter only lasted for about a few hundred miles. I actually stalled the car pulling out of the shop infrot of my dad and the mechanic. You could see my dad's embaresment as he shook his head. It was funny.
