if it did it was to adjust for parts being more expensive but I cant remember what it used to be.

Still developing the stage 2... things got delayed due to demand on turbos Just a lot of work to get them made since everything is made at RRM. Some people don't realize that there is only a couple of employees there. The price of some components were raised so price was raised to compensate. Explosion of turbo kits is really high at this price because just imagine what price will be when CARB LEGAL!! Many don't know the costs and time it takes to get this done. Getting the kit now ensures you a better price and when CARB CERT is completed you get the sticker sent to you anyway. Kind of a get it early and save while still making out ahead of others. RRM's continued developement of the lancer and its upgrades is outstanding. The prices are great considering the R&D RRM does to ensure a safe and reliable product goes out the door!

Guys I cannot Stress this enough. CARB Cert cost money. If you are waiting for CARB cert you will most likely pay more. The test are expenisve, you have to rent a lab for close to a full day and run on a dyno with emission analysis being run on large computer systems.

My advice? Buy now and save. You will get a CARB sticker even if you bought before they were certified.

RPW can do some injector modification as well as RC Engineering. Give them the specs you want and they'll hopefully be able to work something out.
