Missing Turbo parts need answers!!!

Hello Everyone I finally have my TSI turbo kit from Prostreet.com great price. it was missing some parts because I bought the superior kit. but i have managed to buy a intercooler w/ piping. and turbo timer and fuel pump. BUT I notitced the kit was missing the map unit (black box) and a filter for the intake. I emailed the company and they told me that the lancer turbo kit oes not come with a filter or a map unit because I have a MAF system it does not come with a map unit and the reason why i didnt get a filter because i have to use my stock intake and and connects to the stock airbox? any comments as far as what to do?

Also can anyone let me know any other solutions as far as something that is compariable to RRMs piggyback ecu please include advice, websites where i can find what i am looking for.

also if anyone is selling there old stock intake for a 02-03 let me know! Thanks again!

You can buy some ebay intake piping and make your own. You will need a MAF adapter to connect the piping to your MAF and then connect your MAF to an air filter. As for tuning you can either use eManage, RRM's piggyback, or EcuFlash. EcuFlash would cost the least (it's free).

You can probably hack up that Injen unit to be used in conjunction with the turbo kit.

Plenty of threads on this.

Emanage is best bet for tuning, short of standalone and also ecuflash. But that is a bajillion parge thread and i doubt you would read it.

use the safc or the emanage, or just use a fuel pressure regulator, FMU and the walbro 255 fuel pump and i think youll be good to go after a decent wideband tune from a tunning shop/

the apexi safc Neo is better the the rrm piggyback and about $200 bucks cheaper and the emanage ulitmate is better but about $200 more. than tha rrm piggyback , so i would guess the apexi neo is the best bet!
