What do you mean "0 or 1", is that something to do with the piggy settings?
If the smoke is truly white (representing water/coolant), it doesn't make sense that it would the turbo since the turbo is only seeing oil. The only way that could work to me at least is that the leak is further upstream and when the coolant hits the turbo, it's vaporized. This requires a leak in the turbo as well. If this is correct, you have a big problem on your hands.

0 or 1 i meant 1psi of boost lol, and i dont see blueish in the smoke, but sometimes it seems it might smell like oil? Thats what is killing me the way we cant distinguish what the smoke is....but it doesnt smell sweet and there is no coolant missing or in the exhaust? I just dont get why my car is all of a sudden running rich

Alright well I decided to take it all apart pull everything out and just put back in the header, drove the car (loud as hell) and reved and such, not a spec of smoke....So the culprit is the turbo lol least its solved, thnks for the input though guys

to be honest its the turbo its failing...and are you running vta? or recirc? when vta you will run rich until you tune it. Other things are white smoke means water going into the head like i said earlier. You could also have a bad manifold. Try putting back on the turbo and see if the problem occurs again. Whether your boosting 0 or 1 lbs your still gonna see that white smoke if its from either the turbo or could be oil in your piping.

Check your oil return line from the turbo. I'm blowing smoke when I'm under boost, and it's just an oil leak on the seal. I haven't gotten it fixed yet cause I'm gonna have to take off the radiator. But all in all I think I've got the same symptoms.
