Good advice Andrew. Im going short ram on the intake when I put my jalopy back together now, Its a serious ***** to run a CAI, with/around/through/under/over intercooler piping anyway. It had not occured to me that intake air temp on a IC TC is faaaar from what actually gets fed to the the car.

The trick to running the piping is relocating the battery and sitting the filter where it was. It makes things a lot easier, puts the filter further from the block, and you can remove the headlight and run it like a ram air intake with a scoop if you wanna remove the headlight and play around a bit. ...At the track of course.
