you probably arent running enough boost, thats why the BOV sounds bad. I know with the HKS SSQV, you need a certain amount of boost for it to even work, or else you would get pretty much permanent boost leak or something like that.

Not a bad vid man, it looks nice cleaned up
. As for the sound, It does kinda seem off. If it is compressor surge, you should take it easy until you get it worked out, you don't want to ruin that new turbo. Maybe you should try the BOV that came with the kit to see if it does the same thing or not.

It comes with a header and downpipe. And I do have an exhaust. You probably can't hear a decent clip of it due to the crappy camera. I have a Tsudo N1 axel back. So I have what, 6 feet of stock piping??? Besides some of us like low noise. That doesn't mean the exhaust is restricted or "wimpy". Your only in Austin, you think its wimpy, drive on up and I'll school you.
With the BOV, like I said, I'll look into it. Maybe it has got a slight leak or something. I have to get to my friends lift to pull the under-paneling off to investigate.

i said it sounds restricted and wimpy. im sure no one here could tell you had an exhaust. dont get too big headed you only have a turbo lancer and, a bolt on n/a 06+ Si would still beat you, you still have long ways to go. if your thinking you'll school me. put my IS350 up next to your lancer and ill make you sound like a Yaris.
yeah lets compare a 35k car to a 20k car (thats with the turbo priced in).
i also doubt a si with bolt ons would beat him. hes probably got 200 at the wheels where as a si barely has 197 at crank.

lol not sure you want that. you ran an 210hp is300(with mods) not a 340hpIS350 and 0-60 in about 5.4 seconds dont dig yourself a hole thinking you know what your talking about. if you couldnt even beat an 06 bolt on Si what makes you think you would beat an is350? do some research. and dont let a turbo make you get a big head.
well he said he can even school an is350, and you must not look into any cars other than lancers. those K motors respond tremendously to bolt ons ive seen 2 RSX-S and one Si both bolt on take a stock evo x. and im sure this guy isnt faster than an evo x.
