They are not haters. They just get smacked around up here by guys with slow cars and fast fingers on the keyboard. Kinda makes them sensitive. You will experience it one day I suppose. Everyone should be more complementary than haters. Good for all.

A video does not do justice for this kit. Seriously. Unless this thing is an all out beast putting down 400-500 hp it will "appear" slow. It is by no means *****-to-the-walls FAST. Its quick and faster than a lot of cars though.

 

Yep... Ppl ask me all the if my car is Fast... i just kinda look at them do a lil smerk... and say... "Its Quick, Thats About It...." lol even if my cars is Fast witch it is.. (i think cuz i was hangin with a GTO) i still would say it quick... it just like my friend... he has a '90 Honda Hach with a *****-To-Wall swap (Fast As Funk)... ppl ask him the same question he says the same thing.. and we just kinda look at each other and smile and laugh alil...

wow.... lmfao... this is the funniest thread i've ever read. It's really hard to believe there are kids out there this immature. I honestly don't expect anyone with a turbo to go out and drive fast around town. People that do that are known as ricers and will probably end up dead, car totaled, or with a hefty speeding ticket. Even if they survive all of that, the video will be taken down from EvoM because its against the rules to post street racing videos or any illegal activities. Driving over the speed limit is illegal, so even if you did make an awesome video of you beating a Nissan GTR, no one would see it. Kinda pointless.

Just because someone has a turbo doesn't mean they have to show it off. I know that if I had the money for a turbo, I would make my car a sleeper with a quiet exhaust and black intercooler. The only people that want attention that bad are ricers. The best way to get attention is to take it to the track and post great times, then people will notice you and respect you instead of noticing you and wishing you were dead.

I'm really hoping this was all a joke, I find it very hard to believe that there are people alive that crave attention that bad and actually think that people care what they do. If the only reason someone has to buy a turbo kit is to get attention, then...lol idk, best of luck with life.

 

haha i am thinking about painting my intercooler flat black as well for stealth, but ill still have an open O2 housing lmao and you can just post the video on youtube and provide a link! and also, there are videos of people doing illegal things on evom, like a guy accelerating to 100 mph...i dont think anywhere in the US the speed limit is 100 mph...the reason its posted? because its "too fuzzy to tell he hits 100" according to a moderator but you can tell actually....and it says it in the description.

HA!!...good luck on that... i know if i was a shop... wouldnt want to mess with that tranny... and you talkin about stock... you dont need to paint that intercooler black to look stock... i have gottin ALOT of comments on how my Engine bay looks stock and clean... Dude, chill I wasn't even talking about you. I was hinting at someone else who doesn't have a turbo kit yet but is begging everyone else to put up videos of speeding around town. I never said u wanted attention or anything, if anything I applauded you for being one of the first to get a turbo and for being mature about it and not letting it get to your head. And the videos u put up were great, I really did enjoy them. I never said you had a slow car, and honestly I wish I did have your car, I would much rather have a manual transmission.

To Yitzack, I think your attracting the wrong type of attention. Yeah you'll get your props when you finally get your turbo, but that doesn't mean you should put down everyone else just because they haven't put the videos your looking for. The RRM kit is plenty fast, I think i remember reading that it was beating stock RAs. If your just having fun then thats cool, but let other people kno your just messin around with them so they don't get too upset. If you honestly believe the RRM kit isnt good, then it would be enough to just say you don't like it and move on. No need to bash the 3 people who have the RRM kit, they are doing all lancer owners a favor.

haha im not like going to die if videos arent posted or anything, I just want to see really how fast the RRM kit is...like up close side by side video or something like that. and i never said RRMs kit wasnt good, i just said i want to see more of it.

 

You really don't need to see it when you have a testimony from an RA driver who said his stock RA couldn't keep up with the car. Rob is saying the RRM Lancer with all RRM products available to the public is 280-300hp at the crank. That would beat slightly modded RA's as well.

It would be better if RRM pulled up next to the RA and...

JK from what I've seen I may just switch to an RA... At least than the wife can drive it with out destroying my clutch...
