This is the type of video users are asking for. A straight-up match between a ralliart and Rrm turbo lancer at a track, showing the times. Looks like the ralliart had a bad start and is capable of mid 14's. This video is not mine, I am just using it as an example of how to properly demonstrate a cars performance in a video legally.
