These rods are no less beefy than the scats i have in my TT and have the same basic design and my scats have seen 700whp w/o issue. If you are that worried, spend more and get pauters and a set of wisecos in the 9.25-10:1 range.

lets just say.. average lancer wanting to run 12-14psi safely.. these rods r great. anyone wantin to be able to make well over 300hp is better off spending it on a little better product for longevity of the motor. but i would have to say that if i was gunna build my car to a surtain point and stop, it would be at the limits of these rods, i would rather have something i know will handle the power compared to them suppose to be able to it. i have debaited a few times on picking up a set of these rods, great price, but i didnt think it would be the smartest idea, building a motor isnt cheap, exspecially not if your have to do it twice! i want to push my motor pretty hard, might as well spend the extra money to make sure i can get home after running it all night
