right. The fuse that keeps blowing is called "fuse #1". The shop got power from an outside source to the fuel pump and everything started running again. Then they replaced the fuse and tried starting the car and the new fuse popped.
+2, although I am assuming you are just going to let the shop handle it... if you decided to tackle it yourself you would want to start at the pump and follow the wiring harness all the way back checking for cracks, splits, bare wires or loose connections.

If he wasnt then he needs a new mechanic. a boost line to the intake mani is not going to keep your car from running at all.
