I'm pretty sure the 94 pistons are larger than the 93.

Yes. Those will drop right in to the 4G94. They are 4G93 overbore pistons at 81.5mm, which is the stock 4G94 cylinder bore. Keep in mind though that those pistons are still cast pistons. So they will be stronger than stock, but not as strong as forged. Enjoy!

what do you think about high compression for boost.

its bad idea or not?

i am running stock pistons at 10 psi
i will be running at 12 psi with these pistons?

There was a person here who tried that combination. He made good power, but his engine didn't last long. It's very difficult to mix high comp pistons and run boost safely. You would need to install forged rods as well if you want to run those pistons with that much boost.

No problem with high compression as long as you run a high enough octane fuel.

Ok I want a daily driver plus a car that can push 250-275 whp I know I need pistons and rods but how much hp can I run with just that upgrade alone? I would like to race it once in a while or just a quick quarter on some roads "not saying this will happen "

and what size pistons do i need to fit my engine block/head? Or do I just get the ones that speed corps or RRM recommends? What is your preference

Piston size is 81.5mm. Speed Corps, RRM, RPW, Ross, Wiseco all make 4G94 pistons. You can even get a 4G93 overbore piston, as long as it is 81.5mm.

4G94 forged pistons/rods will hold up to whatever you can make, which won't be near their max potential. But now you'll need to look at the right turbo setup, fuel requirements, exhaust, not to mention clutch/flywheel combo. Expect to pay a hefty price for the power you're looking for. It won't come cheap.
