Did you see what luie was talkin about when he said grind somethin off from the tensioner? i test fit the timing belt and i have no clearance issues
here is the pulley with my spacer.

how did you do your timing? i cant get ignition. I have heard that the blue dot needs to go 3 teeth to the left but my no1 piston is at TDC when the blue dot is at 12.

we havent gotten the pulley on yet, so we having timed it yet, sorry, my mech is backed up

the dohc head is awesome! I feel the power gains an sounds sick! finally finished it all today

Dont hammer it until u get to dyno, chances are it will lean out due to smaller injectors. The DOHC in stock form runs a 275cc in a 1.8 block you are using a 4G94 with some 240cc injectors so dont go trigger happy mate.

Also like i mentioned in the past the USA ECU sux get your self one of those reflashed mirage/evo ecu to 100% open up its potential. If your sticking NA you should have shaved the head further or use hi comps to liven it up, however surely you will boost just like everyone else in the states. 4G94T nice

^ ouch.. ya.. u need a DD thats remotely dependable for when u wanna do big upgrades to the fun car. i got 2 fun cars, my dd truck(and tow vehicle), and a motorcycle to keep up with me..

make sure this is right. I sent you guys a pick remember timing marks on the rocker cover must be aligned to mark on cam pulley and ensure crank sprocket arrow is also matching on crankcase TDC mark its dead centre. Or use one of those timing sets with degree wheel and dial guage to get preceise timing.
