if you cracked your cylinder wall well your screwed, chances are it sounds like you may have bent a valve or rod, possibly damaged a ring landing

my only regret or warning if your going to drop 3000grand on a turbo spend another 400 or so and have a shop do it that way if a problem that was out of your control happens they are liable.that ***** was fast though.

sorry i havn't gotten the pictures psoted yet i have been at school and work all day. when i looked at the engine i noticed that i will be needing a couple new parts the most expensive being the wiring harness that goes to the sparck plugs and the water pump and such things like that. Half of it was burned to peices. I just got off the phone with a company close to me that said that he would be able to get all the parts i need and design a new return pipe for me that is one peice instead of two plus dyno the car and see if it is running lean. He is also going to double check all my work and make sure everything else is properly set up. Now my job is trying to see if i can find the parts i need from other totaled cars cause i would love to save money. the harness that i need i am thinking mitsu will charge me at least $700 for so i am hoping to find someone on the forum with a totaled lancer that i would be bale to get the harness from for a lot cheaper. i think i may run and take a picture of the car but i don't know how good it will be since it is dark. I'll post a pic if it turns out good enough.

i am looking at turboing my lancer and am not worried by these posts. half of these people are doing installs themselves and are having to replace the pistons, which i am assuming are stock. not to dis anyone, but from what i have seen on this forum is that the pistons are the weakest link in our car. i will not turbo my car until i get my pistons. i am also not getting the RRM turbo kit. just found a better one.
