Roots Superchargers?

I have been looking for a while now and from what I gather there is no roots superchargers (or supercharger period) out for the 08 Lancer but are there any talks from companies about bringing a supercharger kit out for the Lancer?

The reason I ask is because I am interested in building another twin charged setup with my Evo this time. I have done two in the past with small displacement engines and the results were very good with bottom end power like a V8 with the top end of the high revving small engine, similar to Audi’s engines but even more pull in the top and bottom end.

Thanks

Ive tried fitting an eaton M45 to my lancer. Im afraid the space up front where the supercharger would go is too cramped...

I wouldn't use an M45. That is what I used on the first twin charged project which was a 2.4L Sunfire and that is why the twin charged idea came about. It was maxed out at 230-240whp on a fully built up engine. I would use the M62 if you can because if I remember right, they can go up to around 300-325whp before they are maxed out.

Anyway thought I would share that with you, but it sucks there aren’t any kits for the lancer. It is a nice simple way of adding boost without the headaches of a turbo kit. It is limited compared to a turbo but 300-325whp on a daily driver is still nice to have and most people wouldn't complain
