I would let the car idle until either the fans come on or your temp gauge is at least 3/4 up the scale. At this temp you know it will overheat but still far from doing any damage but the fans would surely have turned on by then this way you can firmly rule out that there is a problem there. The module you just replace controls at what temp they turn on at.

let me know what you guys think thanks!
I have stock fans that were cycling on and off even when the motor was cold so I figured FCM. I changed it with a new OEM unit and now my fan isn't coming on and I switched off and I hear bubbling in my overflow tank for the rad.
What should I do? I'm scared to blow a HG

If you're an automatic sure you don't have the two fan plugs switched? Is your temperature gauge going up? What do you mean you hear bubbling?

Wait? You hear bubbling? The question is do you see it? Take off your radiator cap and start the car. Do you see bubbles coming from the radiator?

Nah I'm a 7 GSR. Took off my rad cap and saw no bubbles.
I hooked up Evoscan this morning and monitored the temp like a preschool teacher. Everything seems to be functioning perfectly normal so maybe I was a bit panicky last night. However I did hear gurgling and the overflow tank was being filled last night after I switched off.
Keep in mind that this was after a fairly decent run (not redline and I did drive it easy for 3-5 mins after to cooldown) where I put the whooping on a GC8 STi so maybe thats why it was bubbling like a pot of potion
