bent turbo fin = bad?

I'm checking out my turbo setup and some of the fins on the 16 g appear to be bent. How bad is bad?

Im not sure about that, but that would lead me to think other things are wrong with the turbo.

I mean to me it doesnt look TOO bad but then again its not balanced which can lead to damage.

that left side one looks bad, looks like either dropped or thing isn't balanced IMO. I am not an expert but that was part of the reason i just ended up buying mine new.

Vibrations will be caused due to the imbalance and in a matter of time it will fail.
check out this vid and it should give u an idea of how balanced the turbo needs to be.

From the looks of the edges of the compressor wheel, it looks like it already ate something. I have seen turbos with bent blades go forever. You are just losing performance from it being a little out of balance. Not going to last as long and a good one.
