when you let off, the AFR should increase, because the ECU should be cutting fuel, and you shouldn't be getting knock at 10 AFR...i would check your ignition timing under those conditions, or it could be "phantom knock"...is it logged or can you hear it?

you said your MAP sensor was logging higher? i would honestly be more inclined to trust that over the gauge, but it's hard to say..

Yeah when I let off the throttle I get a richer afr when the bov recirculates. I'm pretty sure its phantom knock. My knock voltage is usually under 1.0. I'm also have a bit of a weird problem logging (just since I turned up boost). Sometimes when I do a WOT pull I'll get a bit of knock (under 5 counts) and my laptop stops logging and has to reconnect. I was thinking maybe the ecu is getting over worked during WOT? Not having any trouble logging at cruise and idle though. I only log the essential stuff thinking it was my laptop but I think maybe the ecu is just working hard. I haven't bothered to log the ecu but maybe I should.

Also, I got my omni 4 bar set up. I was a bit low on the formula in evoscan. Its reading pretty much what my gauge says.

i doubt the ECU is "working too hard" it think it's more likely a bug in your datalogging software, where a certain output from the ECU is crashing it. can you use different datalogging software to test that theory?

the richness when you let off may be attributed to always running in open loop...not too sure though, and i still use closed loop at cruise and idle, and when i let off, my throttle position drops, so i naturally returns to closed loop...how long it takes, i don't know, but it cuts fuel, and then returns back to close loop. That's why i feel that is the reason for the richness when you're idling and letting off...i don't think it has anything to do with the BOV...

It could be my laptop. It is pretty old. I use it strictly for tuning my car though. The richness is that split second after I let off the throttle. It could be from open loop. I'm not able to used closed loop. For some reason I'm not getting enough gas in closed loop, even when I stab the throttle. So I assume my evo maf is going out. I need to change my spark plugs soon. I'm starting to get some phantom knock which I think is my plugs. I'm suppose to change those every 3k. I'll try to do a virtual dyno run soon. Its been busy in the area I usually do it because there's construction going on.

Future plans are to install the mini battery I bought, weld up a upper intake pipe and get ready for speed density, & figure out my rich start up.

^ what he said. I only have had to change my plugs once since I been boosted. 25k miles. I keep the gap at .020

Same gap at.20. I'm running the ngk 4644 (bkr7e). I thought they needed to be changed about every 3k miles?

3rd gear pull. Wheels break loose near the top of 3rd gear, it was a bit rainy this day. You can also see the phantom knock I get when I let off the throttle and shift. I need to adjust my fuel a bit. I've been dialing in my maf compensation.

I have the same plugs. I don't change them that often. I changed them when I felt them misfiring. But that was after 15k probably

That's good to know. Just did a virtual dyno pull. It says I'm at 227whp and 219 torque. I think I'm going to stay here for a while. I'll be working on speed density over the fall. I think my tune could be a bit more aggressive but I'm happy that its not knocking.
