The most I paid for a full exhaust system was about $250. That's muffler, cat, resonator, piping, and labor. Turbo you want 2.5" or more. Im currently running 2.5 on my turbo'd cavalier. Flows just fine due to the size of the turbo.
Are you serious ? you have a turbo'd cavalier and you are trying to tell him that a "custom exhasut" is better ... size does not matter... and what else ?

First of all . SIZE DOES MATTER . All depending on how much PSI u wanna run final.

8 psi .. 2.5 is enough if you have highflow cat and aftermarket straight exhaust

in this case seb is using stock muffler, restricting is exhaust flow from the turbo .

so in seb's case having forged internals and a evoX 16g i would tell him .. go 3inch change that crappy restricted muffler . Get a wideband if not already in, then a boost controller then u can put that boost up to 15-20 easily and safely ..

I am myself doing sumthing similar . Talked with mitsubishi engineers alot for transmition max output power for stock GTS(4b11) 5spd trans. and they say its capable of 400 Fwhp (flywheel hp)

So i quote ur exhaust size dsnt matter statement and say you are totally wrong !

another thing is the bending of the exhaust cousing the flow to be positive or negative in corners. .. less curves more flow .. more power .

N/A ENGINES just FYI RRM offers a bunch of mods .... DONT BUY ANY OF THEM

my fiend got the timming unit the chip the CAI the Full exhaust + headers 4-2-1 home made with really long and straight runners for max power gain ... he got arround 25 HP total spending over 3K

My advice to any mechanic enthousiast ... Dont waste your time on after market crap like roadrace ... (5th injector is that a joke?) and just use EvoX parts ... and evoX ECU OR Strongly recommended hailtech ELITE 2500 . to run your newly turbo-charged lancerX

I have 2.5" piping and an electric exhaust cutout before the stock muffler. The stock muffler does not interfer with the rest the exhaust system. The reason I have a 2.5" exhaust is because before I did the internals, I was pushing 8 psi and I don't want to invest on a new 3" exhaust system.

Thank you!

I don't know, I didn't put them on a scale. I did not re-balance the crank. The crank from the 4B series are all forged crank witch is stronger than normal crank shaft. I still have the same red line. Re-balancing the crank would be a good thing if you change camshafts and raise the RPM red line.

The clutch sleped a a bit when I installed it but once seated never slip again.

05046-HDC6 is for Lancer 2008-2015 (I have this one)

05045-HDC6 is for Eclipse or older Lancers.

"Staffing the checkpoint Lancer cope ?" Not a good translation!

The only way is to replace with an Evo X or Ralliart ecu.

Yes, it will fit. It's only a matter of writing the good info at the right ecu location. It's been a While since I did that and I no longer have the car.

The srt4 pistons and connecting rods fit without modifications? And what pistonrings and bearings you use?
