Stupid South Carolina doesn't even have inspections anymore. Guess they figured out what a scam they are. Wish we would do away with them.

 

Bad customer service?... I emailed them about purchasing a kit from them ( RIPP ) like.. last week and havn't heard anything..........

yeah the only complaint i have about them is lack of communication.

 

small companies usually have that because there just arent enough people to get all the work done lol. Hopefully they will respond to you in the next couple days, i wanna see more people getting this kit from RIPP and hear more happy stories so it will pressure me to work hard and get it ASAP!

exactly. i've called them several times. they always take the time to answer all my questions, and even go on to talk about the kit further...... to give more insight. just give them a call. much easier
