Hey man im sorry i have not been on the forums for a while...i now have an evo 9 AEM EMS V2 and the car is making 242whp/306wtrq on a mustang dyno at 16 psi peaking at 18. Im now waiting for a custom turbo manifold to be made so that i have the runners perfectly aligned with the head instead of the evo 9 manifold and i just installed a MAC 3 way boost solenoid. Im hoping to make over 250whp/310wtrq on the dyno when spring comes!

Whats the part # for the K1 Rods.
Because everybody says you have to grind off the oil galley? Isn't that a indication that the parts are not even right? Not trying to sound like a dick its a serious question.
I am honestly trying to avoid the whole shaving down cylinder 4 so I am wondering if people ordered the right K1 Rods. As there catalog shows 2 options but one is 4G93 under the 4G94 tab.

If anybody has part numbers that be awesome! Or if anybody has installed other connecting rods & avoided shaving down the inside of there engine block that be dope too!

Nice! I haven't been on this forum for years but I've been turbo since about 2010 and its been driving great but it's time to go a little faster. Its been making about 275whp and trapping 114 in the quarter mile on a stock motor too . Going to built it with the same rods and pistons but im shooting for 400ish whp.

How much boost are you running on stock internals to achieve 275 also is the trans holding up good I hear a lot of people say it holds up to 250 and then goes bad. In the process of turbocharging my 03 oz rally

Hello.

Very informative thread OP.
I am in the same boat and will be building a 4g94 engine from the same car for boosting by end of this year. I have couple of question for OP

1). How is the setup going so far? Any issues?
2). How much power this is making and at what boost.
3). Are you using same transmission with upgraded clutch?

The plan is to make healthy 500-600hp and later on do the awd setup from outlander(I am yet to do research on that setup) & use the parts from 4g94 only instead of going 4g63 route
